The very first ever JROTC General's Day
|
|
Well this picture looks like a normal AFJROTC picture except, look at those shoulders. There are no Stars in the JROTC rank system. WOW, those are cadet Generals. Me and Ben always wanted to do this, but we never had enough academic stars. So we finally put them on our AFJROTC uniform and boy did they look good.

The Guys got CREAMED, literally
|
|
Drill competition in England was so much fun during my senior year. What made it even better was that 2 of the 3 amigos were there and we had plans that included water balloons and other fun stuff. But the girls were one step ahead of us one night and literally creamed us with shaving creme. We were waiting for Tiffany to come out, and the girls chased us with cans of shaving creme. I was so impressed, but also a little angry because the creme went everywhere.

Just the Guys

At SHAPE I met people from all over Europe. There was fellow senior Frank Kalmar from Hungary and his brother Csaba. There was Adam from Denmark. There were many more, but I also met someone with a huge name. He is one of the 3 amigos, Alex. Sorry Alex, I can't remember the whole thing right now.

Three Great Friends In Paris

WE ACTUALLY GRADUATED

|
This is me and Ben (2/3 of the 3 Amigos at SHAPE) We had so much fun in JROTC, AP classes, and school in general. We were the first two generals in JROTC. We even bombarded Tiffany with Water balloons together. Right now he is at the Naval Academy, and I am in Navy ROTC program at USC, but one day we will both be officers in the US Navy.

This was taken during the Air Force Quarterly Awards Ceremony. Me and Ben were JROTC cadets of the quarter, and that is my dad and his dad by our sides. We got a check and those huge books as rewards for our excellence.

The Scarbalis family

This is Mrs. Scarbalis's family. She was my AP Chemistry teacher and an excellent one at that. Her class was so much fun, we had the notorious Lab Equipment destroyer(Devin and Jimmy), and we even made fudge in a lab. I still remember when you put that magnesium in the water and made a mark on the ceiling. I didn't see it, but I sure saw the mark on the ceiling.

The 98 JROTC SHAPE Color Guard
|
|
This was the 98 SHAPE color guard that competed at the Drill Competiton. I practiced with this team a couple of times and boy were they good at it.

98 SHAPE Regulation Drill Team
|
|
This was our Regulation Team that competed. i was actually on this team, but joined late so I didn't get to compete in the competition. But it was fun practicing with them and teaching the new cadets the basics of marching. One in particular DAVID.

This was our armed team, which did pretty well at the competition after getting a routine the day before. Great Job Ben, and the rest of the team. I loved those uniforms and so did the rest of the people.

My SABER TEAM

This team started out very rocky. I took charge and it slowly smoothed out, and we ended up doing well for it being our first year in that competition.

This is everyone that went to England for the Competition. Everyone had fun, and so much happened down there. Especially whent eh lights went out.

The case of the Transferring Microwave
|
|
This was funny because the guys and the girls were on opposite sides of the road in England for sleeping. Well the girls rooms had a lounge with a microwave and soda machine. So the guys decide to take the microwave. We tansfer it to me and Ben's room, and this picture was taken. We had to return it because one of the Mom's on the trip thought that someone really stole it.
